Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to manage and grow strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, identifying growth opportunities, and driving long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
  2. Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic solutions.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products/services.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, product, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  5. Own revenue targets for assigned accounts and ensure sustained growth through proactive engagement.
  6. Monitor client satisfaction and manage resolution of any issues or escalations.
  7. Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
  8. Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and technological advancements.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales in automotive industry.
  3. Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar accounts and complex client relationships.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with a consultative approach and problem-solving mindset.
  6. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.


Preferred Skills:

  1. Industry knowledge in, e.g., automotive, IT services, digital marketing, etc.
  2. Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  3. Comfort with data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
