About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale IT projects. The role involves managing project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT project management, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and process compliance, along with proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

1. Manage multiple IT projects and portfolios simultaneously.
2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Track effort, cost, and milestone progress using standard PM tools.
5. Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.

Delivery & Quality Management

1. Ensure on-time and defect-free project delivery.
2. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
3. Ensure compliance with Information Security policies and quality standards.
4. Support internal and external audits.
5. Lead Causal Analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

1. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
2. Manage issue resolution and project escalations.
3. Implement structured change management processes.

Resource & Stakeholder Management

1. Coordinate with Resource Manager for capacity planning and demand prioritization.
2. Act as primary liaison between customer and internal teams.
3. Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting (MIS).
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

1. Conduct team performance reviews and mentor team members.
2. Drive best practices in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
3. Recommend strategic improvements based on industry trends.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
2. 9+ years overall experience in IT.
3. Minimum 5+ years managing large-scale IT projects.
4. PMP Certification (Preferred).
5. Agile certifications (Preferred).
